Web Application Developer - Nuxt
Location: Hybrid, Dublin City Centre

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Web Application Developer to join our technology team. This role involves a mix of frontend and backend application development, AI-powered tools, and low-code/no-code platforms, enabling us to build and integrate customer-facing tools and business applications.
The ideal candidate has experience with Nuxt, AI integrations (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Bedrock), APIs, and low-code solutions. You will work on a variety of web applications and web-based tools, helping to deliver seamless experiences for our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop custom web applications using JS frameworks such as Nuxt.
● Build and integrate AI-powered features using tools like OpenAI, ChatGPT, and AWS Bedrock.
● Integrate authentication systems using tools such as Auth0, Supabase Auth etc.
● Work with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Retool) where appropriate to accelerate development.
● Develop seamless integrations between business systems using APIs and automation workflows.
● Work with databases such as PostgreSQL to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for our internal applications.
● Ensure UI/UX best practices by working with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and other modern component libraries.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
● Collaborate with the technical and product teams, to define, create and implement user-friendly applications and tools for our customers.
● Test and debug code issues, and participate in code reviews to contribute to continuous improvement.
● Optimize web applications for performance, security, and scalability.
● Stay up to date with AI advancements and explore how they can improve our web applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Minimum 3 years of ‘real world’ experience in web application development or full-stack development.
● Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt, or similar).
● Familiarity with AI-powered development and integrating OpenAI, ChatGPT, or AWS Bedrock into applications.
● Skilled in working with authentication systems (e.g., Auth0, Supabase Auth etc.).
● Experience working with low-code/no-code tools (Retool, Zapier, n8n) alongside traditional development.
● Knowledge of API development and consumption.
● Strong understanding of PostgreSQL databases and data management.
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and modern UI frameworks.
● Experience working on frontend applications and integrating backend services.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
● Experience with AI automation and workflow tools.
● Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
● Exposure to real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
● Experience working on multiple development projects for various teams.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
● Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in the Dublin City Centre office.
