Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic content across Benchmark’s social media channels, creatively leveraging our wealth of content to generate demand for our services and strengthen the Benchmark brand.
- Repurpose our analytical content in bite-sized, social-friendly formats, learning how to use tools such as Canva and Riverside to generate vertical video clips, carousel posts, captioned videos, etc.
- Grow company profiles (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and diversify across new platforms where new opportunities may arise. Monitor the latest algorithm updates and advise on adapting content to align with best practice.
- Maintain strong in-platform engagement and be guided by metrics such as engagement rate, click-through rate. Be comfortable sharing concise reporting updates with the team.
- Beyond in-platform engagement, develop an understanding of how social media contributes to commercial outcomes for the business. With the support of the team and our attribution reporting, learn to be driven by tangible sales results.
Development/Upskilling opportunities:
- While organic social is the main focus, we are a collaborative team. Over time you will have the opportunity to support life-cycle email marketing initiatives, webinar operations, website copywriting, or other areas you are drawn to.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing REQUIRED - with a social media or copywriting focus.
- Excellent written communication skills. Use AI as an aid, not a substitute for original work.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and an openness to collaborate and work closely with the sales, analyst and content teams.
- This role is hybrid, with three days per week based in our London office (Monument).
- Experience working with Hubspot is ideal but not required.
