Senior Implementation Project Manager CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system that develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day-to-day activities of Homeowners Associations and Management Companies. Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for leading implementation projects. This includes understanding client requirements and delivering respective solutions while managing the implementation process from start to finish. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact point with the client and be empowered to directly perform work as well as collaborate with team members with expertise in accounting, data transformation, training, and more. The CINC environment is one of fast pace and rapid growth. The CINC implementation approach leverages both agile and traditional project management and delivery disciplines. Duties/Responsibilities - Learn and build expertise in CINC Products, Modules, and Apps
- Serves as a primary contact and escalation point for clients and implementation team members for respective implementations.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, banks, and business partners.
- Creates, updates, and communicates Project Schedules including dates, status, and changes
- Ensures systems are updated and configured correctly and project deadlines are met on time.
- Plans and leads internal and external project calls.
- Identifies, documents, and follows up on action items, tasks, and decisions.
- Produce, review, and import data spreadsheets and/or coordinate with Data Operations team.
- Explain and train on products as appropriate and collaborate with Training team
- Develop templates and test users for training/transition.
- Facilitate project specific software installations.
- Facilitate 3rd party vendor interface setup and training.
- Triages and resolves client support issues during the implementation and transition to support stages. Escalates as appropriate
- Identifies, presents, and may drive complex issues and product or process enhancements to the product management, department management, and executive management team as appropriate.
- Participates as implementation subject matter expert in sales meetings and demos as appropriate
Requirements: - Self-driven, adaptable, hands on, detailed oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
- Proficient with Excel and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate clearly and professionally with management, development team members, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years Project management experience
- PMP is a plus
