We have led the growth efforts of an industry where innovation is paramount due to increasing homeowner expectations. Due to CINC’s continued growth and innovation, the company is seeking to add an experienced Senior Account Executive to the team. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be an integral part of CINC’s continued growth.

What we would expect from you:
  • Present CINC features and benefits to sponsors and stakeholders with passion and a relentless pursuit to improve their businesses; ensuring they view CINC as the most professional operation in the space
  • Identify creative opportunities to develop additional leads
  • Travel and attend trade shows and events to establish relationships as part of a long sales cycle
  • Work with industry partners to identify opportunities to work collaboratively to bring innovation to the Association Management space
  • Be adept at managing a complex sales cycle and willing to direct and collaborate with numerous parties to ensure a successful close
  • Actively participate within the sales process by meeting KPIs, entering activities, and forecasting appropriately
  • Take a consultative approach at the bottom of funnel, ensuring prospects are comfortable and well informed
  • Be comfortable asking for the business
What we would like to see:
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • A background in real estate, property management, or banking tech is helpful
  • College degree or commensurate experience
