Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering high-level demos to C-suite executives of enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of community management, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to scope new onboarding clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver tailored demos of CINC Systems' software solutions to C-level executives of enterprise accounts, highlighting the value proposition and key differentiators
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and develop customized demo scripts to address these areas
- Provide expert-level knowledge of community management, including industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Scope new onboarding clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our software solutions and identifying potential areas for customization or integration
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends in community management, applying this knowledge to improve demo delivery and customer engagement
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, providing technical expertise and input to ensure comprehensive and compelling proposals
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, consulting, or a related field, preferably in the community management or property management industry
- Deep understanding of community management, including industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope new onboarding clients effectively and identify potential areas for customization or integration
- Experience with software demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and sales engineering processes
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of industry trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to Have: - Experience with AI-powered solutions and their applications in community management
- Certification in community management, such as CMCA or AMS
- Familiarity with CINC Systems' software solutions and their implementation in community management settings
