What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and reproduce customer issues to identify root causes
  • Resolve technical problems without needing developer intervention
  • Provide clear, professional support via email and phone
  • Document enhancement requests and collaborate across teams
  • Create helpful user guides and train customers to reduce repeat issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
  • 2+ years of software support experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, AP/AR, etc.)
  • Familiarity with banking processes and terminology
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or the Community Association industry
