Position Summary: We are searching for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to serve as the Corporate Strategy Manager in support of CINC’s strategic initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the Director of Strategic Programs and the Chief Administrative Officer to drive initiatives that will be a key part of CINC’s growth. This will be a high-impact role working closely with and in support of the executive team that combines project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking across multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives. It’s the perfect role for a consultant to move into an operational role and is ideally suited for someone adept at project management, analyzing data and evaluating impact. Responsibilities
Qualifications This role requires strong project management and analytical skills; a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving; the composure to simultaneously manage multiple important projects; the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with CINC’s senior leadership team; and strengths in building relationships across multiple functions of the organization.
