Position Summary: You will own the financial strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking for our AR and AP payments businesses. You’ll act as a true business partner to the functional leads, bringing forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and financial outcomes. This is a high-impact role that requires analytical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward action in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic finance partner to the AR and AP payments business leaders, supporting both short-term execution and long-term planning.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve financial models for integrated payment workflows and monetization strategies.
- Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs across the payments businesses; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to support go-to-market strategy, pricing analysis, and customer segmentation insights.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and prepare board-level financial materials.
- Partner with accounting, product, operations, and data teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and drive automation.
- Evaluate new initiatives and business cases, helping to drive sound investment decisions and resource allocations.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial strategy, preferably in a SaaS, payments, or high-growth PE-backed environment.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in NetSuite and Power BI preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple systems; technical understanding of data lakes and financial reporting infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
