What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our global recruiting efforts, helping us attract and hire top talent across various departments. Based in Colombia, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Your bilingual communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed and accuracy
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
• Set up new hires in BambooHR and support onboarding documentation
• Partner with HR and training teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as needed

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms (Paycor Recruiting & BambooHR experience preferred)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems
