Application UI Brand Designer (Implementation UI Designer) Overview We are seeking an Application UI Brand Designer who combines strong visual design sensibility with UI implementation expertise and a sharp eye for brand expression. This role partners closely with Product, Implementation, and Adoption teams to translate each client’s brand identity into consistent, polished, launch-ready in-app experiences—without compromising usability or our core design system. You’ll apply brand systems across screens and components, produce build-ready assets, and support quality checks through release. What You’ll Do - Apply client branding within our product design system to create consistent app experiences across all screens and states.
- Customize and refine UI elements to reflect each client’s brand identity with precision and consistency, while protecting usability and visual hierarchy.
- Produce and organize all assets required for app build and release (exports, image assets, brand elements), ensuring they’re implementation-ready and easy for teams to consume.
- Partner with Product and Implementation teams to align on requirements, anticipate needs, and unblock execution—especially around brand constraints and edge cases.
- Create supporting digital and print assets for onboarding and adoption journeys (implementation guides, launch kits, in-app graphics, resident-facing materials as needed).
- Maintain visual standards across client variations while upholding the integrity of our core product design system and patterns.
What You Bring - Strong ability to interpret and apply brand systems within digital product environments.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, styles/tokens, libraries) or equivalent UI design tools.
- Strong organization and handoff discipline (asset prep, naming conventions, version control, documentation).
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving SaaS environment; strong written communication for async work.
- Portfolio showing UI adaptations, brand-driven interface work, and clean, thoughtful visual design.
