Graphic Designer Overview We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can move effortlessly between digital and traditional media—someone who understands brand storytelling and can express it visually across every touchpoint. This role blends conceptual creativity with executional excellence and includes building repeatable campaign systems (templates/toolkits) so we can move faster without sacrificing craft. Fluency in integrating AI tools into the creative workflow is important to generate options, accelerate iteration, and scale output responsibly. What You’ll Do - Design high-quality marketing assets across digital channels (social, web, email, ads) and traditional formats (print, events, collateral).
- Translate strategy and messaging into compelling visual concepts that strengthen our brand presence and elevate campaigns.
- Build and maintain campaign toolkits (templates for social, ads, email headers, landing page sections, event signage, one-sheets) to increase consistency and speed.
- Create presentation and enablement design (exec slides, sales one-pagers, launch kits) using a modular, brand-consistent approach.
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Events, and Growth to ensure cohesive creative that performs—supporting variants for testing where needed (e.g., ad/landing page iterations).
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and generate variations, then apply strong human craft to finalize composition, typography, layout, and brand integrity.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual innovation—keeping design fresh, relevant, and aligned to our evolving brand system.
- Follow established handoff and file hygiene standards (naming, versioning, organized source files) to reduce rework and make collaboration seamless.
What You Bring - Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design excellence and range.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with AI-driven creative tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling—can turn abstract ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Ability to work quickly and adapt to shifting priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable explaining design decisions to non-designers.
- Proactive, systems-minded approach—enjoys creating templates, libraries, and repeatable patterns.
