Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive, Strategic Accounts position is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with the largest and most influential community association management companies in the industry. You’ll own the full sales cycle for a curated list of named accounts, partnering with executive stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and deliver scalable technology solutions that accelerate efficiency, financial performance, and community satisfaction.

Success requires consultative selling, deep product understanding, and mastery of complex sales cycles across software, payments, and API integrations. This is a strategic role for a top-performing seller who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment and can influence an industry that’s undergoing digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales & Account Growth

  • Own a territory of high-value named accounts, including multi-region and enterprise community association management companies.

  • Drive full-cycle sales from initial outreach to close, including demos, solution mapping, financial modeling, and negotiation.

  • Build tailored business cases aligned to operational efficiency, automation, payments adoption, and revenue impact.

  • Identify and expand whitespace within existing enterprise relationships, increasing product adoption and platform utilization.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level, VP, and operational leaders in property management, accounting, community operations, and payments.

  • Facilitate strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
