Role Overview
CINC Systems is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to architect, automate, and scale our revenue-generating motion through AI, automation, and sales and marketing technology.
The GTM Engineer owns and optimizes the sales and marketing tech stack (Gong, Qualified, HubSpot, Seamless, AI tooling, and emerging platforms) with one primary goal:
Collaborate with both Growth Marketing, channel management, and Sales/SDRs to generate net-new inbound and outbound pipeline through automation and AI and convert it into bookings.
You will design and support systems, workflows, and AI-driven motions that create pipelines at scale, coach SDRs on execution, and measure success based on pipeline creation, conversion, and closed-won influence.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that blends technical execution, revenue strategy, automation, and frontline sales enablement.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Marketing Tech Stack Ownership (Non-Salesforce) Own, optimize, and continuously evolve CINC’s revenue tech ecosystem, including but not limited to:
  • GongQualified.com
  • HubSpot
  • Seamless.ai\Suade.ai
  • AI prospecting, enrichment, and automation tools
  • Emerging GTM and AI platforms
Additionally, working with Director, Growth Marketing:
o Profound
o Google Analytics
o Google Ads
o SEM Rush

You will:
  • Evaluate, implement, and sunset tools based on pipeline ROI
  • Ensure tools are integrated, automated, and driving measurable revenue outcomes
  • Act as the technical owner and internal expert for revenue-focused tooling

2. Automation-Driven Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation (Primary Focus)
  • Design and deploy automation-first GTM workflows that generate net-new pipeline, including:
  • Automated inbound routing and qualification
  • AI-driven outbound personalization and sequencing
  • Lead scoring, enrichment, and prioritization workflows
  • Trigger-based follow-ups and multi-channel engagement
Success is measured by:
  • Net-new inbound and outbound pipeline generated
  • Conversion rates from MQL → SQL → Closed Won
  • Cost-to-pipeline efficiency

3. AI & Automation Deployment at Scale
Leverage AI to:
  • Personalize outreach at scale
  • Analyze rep performance and buyer behavior
  • Identify patterns that improve conversion and velocity
  • Automate repetitive GTM tasks to eliminate manual effort
  • You will continuously test, benchmark, and optimize AI-driven motions to improve pipeline quality and booking rates.

4. Revenue Data & Dashboarding
Build and maintain sales-focused dashboards across Gong and Salesforce that provide:
  • Pipeline creation from AI motions and conversion insights
  • Lead source, attribution, and channel performance
  • AI and automation effectiveness
  • SDR productivity and performance metrics
Ensure:
Clean, reliable data flows between systems
A single source of truth for revenue reporting
Executive-ready insights tied directly to bookings and growth

5. Data Pipeline Optimization
  • Ensure data moves accurately and efficiently across systems:
  • Lead and account data integrity
  • Enrichment and scoring logic
  • Attribution and influence tracking
  • Automation reliability and scalability
  • You will proactively identify gaps, breakpoints, and inefficiencies in data flow and resolve them.

6. SDR Coaching & Performance Management (Player-Coach)
  • Coach, manage, and mentor 2 in-house SDRs, with a focus on:
  • Outbound efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leveraging automation and AI in daily workflows
  • Improving meeting quality and conversion rates
  • Consistent execution of GTM playbooks

You will:
  • Translate systems and automation into real-world SDR performance
  • Use data and call insights to coach and improve outcomes
  • Increase SDR output without increasing headcount

7. Efficiency & Scale
  • By automating manual GTM tasks, you will:
  • Free sales and marketing teams to focus on high-value activities
  • Reduce friction across lead gen and pipeline creation
  • Enable scalable growth without linear headcount increases

Success Metrics
The GTM Engineer will be measured on:
  • Net-new pipeline generated (inbound and outbound)
  • Pipeline-to-booking conversion rates
  • Closed-won revenue generated or influenced
  • Automation adoption and efficiency gains
  • SDR productivity and performance improvements
  • Data accuracy and reporting reliability
Compensation & Incentives
  • Competitive base salary

  • % of closed-won bookings generated

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems
  • Deep experience with sales and revenue tools (Gong, HubSpot, Qualified, Seamless, or similar)
  • Proven success using automation and AI to generate pipeline
  • Build sales messaging workflows that convert target leads/accounts into new discovery meetings
  • Improve sales data quality and salesforce data hygiene using tech and tool automation
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and funnel dynamics
  • Experience building workflows, integrations, and dashboards
  • Ability to coach and develop SDRs using data and tooling

Preferred
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or revenue-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting, enrichment, and personalization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating as a builder, owner, and optimizer
