| Senior Product Manager: Analytics & Insights About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Analytics & Insights product area. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for how analytics and insights are captured, modeled, and delivered across internal decision-making, customer-facing reporting, and native in-product experiences, with AI used to enhance clarity, speed, and actionability. You will own the end-to-end analytics experience, spanning: · Native, in-product dashboards and AI-enhanced insights that support real-time decision-making · Customer-facing reporting experiences designed for operational review, sharing, and distribution · Internal analytics used by leadership and teams to understand performance, risk, and opportunity This role sits at the intersection of data, product experience, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap · Define and execute the product strategy for analytics, reporting, and predictive insights aligned with company objectives · Own the roadmap for analytics platform capabilities, dashboards, and reporting experiences · Identify and prioritize investments that improve customer insight, operational decision-making, and forecasting accuracy · Partner with leadership to shape a clear long-term analytics vision and sequencing strategy Data and Analytics Leadership · Lead the strategy for capturing, modeling, and organizing data across the analytics platform, using modern data lake technologies while maintaining flexibility as platforms and standards evolve · Ensure data structures support internal analytics, customer reporting, and native in-product experiences · Partner with engineering and data teams on ingestion, transformation, governance, and performance best practices · Establish clear principles for when analytics should live inside workflows versus standalone reporting surfaces Reporting and Dashboard Experiences · Own the internal analytics ecosystem used by leadership and operational teams · Define and evolve customer-facing reporting experiences that support operational workflows and easy sharing · Lead the strategy for natively built customer dashboards that enable deeper customization and differentiated experiences · Partner closely with design to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights · Ensure consistency, trust, and clarity across all analytics surfaces Predictive and AI-Driven Insights · Drive the development of predictive and forward-looking analytics capabilities · Identify opportunities where forecasting, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and recommendations deliver real customer value · Partner with engineering to integrate AI-powered insights that provide contextual guidance and decision support · Translate advanced analytics concepts into usable, customer-friendly experiences Customer and Market Focus · Conduct customer interviews to understand analytics and reporting pain points · Analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation · Monitor industry trends in analytics, data platforms, and AI to inform product decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements · Collaborate with design on intuitive, data-driven experiences · Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, enablement, and rollout · Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge and analytics best practices Product Development and Launch · Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch using a press release–driven planning approach · Translate product vision into OKRs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans · Partner with engineering and design on incremental releases and beta programs · Define and track success through outcome-focused metrics tied to adoption, customer impact, and business results Required Qualifications · 7+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of analytics, reporting, or platform-level products · Demonstrated experience owning analytics, reporting, or data platform products · Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes and analytics pipelines · Experience with business intelligence tools, with Power BI preferred · Experience delivering native, in-product analytics experiences beyond off-the-shelf BI tools · Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into intuitive product experiences · Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making Education · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred · Formal Product Management training or equivalent experience strongly valued Key Skills and Attributes · Strategic thinker with strong systems-level reasoning · Ability to bridge technical data concepts with customer-facing experiences · Clear, confident communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders · Customer-centric mindset focused on actionable insights · Highly collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment · Strong organizational and prioritization skills Benefits · Great working environment · Career development · Work life balance · Annual bonus · Medical · Dental · Vision · Life Insurance · Short-term and long-term disability insurance · Flexible Spending Plan for childcare and healthcare · 401(k) with matching available · 136 hours of paid time off per year · 10 paid holidays per year · Bonus holiday.
