We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our Core team with a “can do” attitude. While this is a full-stack role, the primary focus is on backend development using JavaScript.

As part of a distributed team, we value strong autonomy and trust in all our engineers. Team orientation and collaboration are essential skills we seek. Given the nature of our work and global collaboration, some flexibility in working hours is expected, including availability outside of standard 9–5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean and maintainable code using best practices and the latest front-end and back-end technologies

• Leading the design and implementation of software features from scratch

• Coordinating tool and library selection, development environment improvements, and process refinements

• Applying software development and testing best practices

• Supporting internal stakeholders with troubleshooting efforts as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building full-stack applications with a React-based frontend with excellent UX, and an object-oriented backend using JavaScript/TypeScript or Java/Kotlin

• Experience with relational databases (especially PostgreSQL), and hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)

• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization principles

• Passion for solving challenging problems and iterating quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, NoSQL databases, graph DBs, RabbitMQ

• Experience with NestJS, AWS Lambda

• Experience with Java/Kotlin microservice applications
