About the Role

Empyrean Solution LCC is currently looking for a Sales Executive to support its community banking market. The position is remote and reports to our General Manager of Community Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling specialized financial software solutions to community banks and credit unions ($4B and below in assets).
  • Owns the entire sales process for an assigned territory, collaborating with BDRs on prospecting efforts while also generating opportunities independently.
  • Partners closely with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored demos and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite leaders (CFO, CEO, CRO, etc.) and senior decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth by deeply understanding client challenges across financial risk and performance management—including areas like ALM, liquidity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and/or profitability analysis—and positioning Empyrean’s solutions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry is required; however, comparable banking or sales experience will also be considered.
  • Strong pipeline management, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Travel required (~ 25%-35%) for conferences, client meetings, and internal meetings.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary Range from $100,000 to $130,000, plus bonus and commission eligibility
