Head of Growth

We are looking for a Head of Growth that will lead a team and launch high-growth products and programs to serve Kajabi’s global audience. As Head of Growth, you will be a key member of Kajabi’s leadership team with a focus on conversion, activation, and retention. The ideal candidate has experience owning growth targets, building growth related products, optimizing growth channels, and leading go-to-market initiatives. As Head of Growth, you will develop, deploy and scale global products and programs with clear resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Customer Success, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics).

The Impact you will make

• Identify and build products and programs that improve conversion, activation, and retention
• Oversee website content testing and channel optimization to drive growth
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive measurable results
• Scope and implement best practice analytics for web and mobile products, gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Manage team of product and lifecycle marketers

Attributes for Success

• Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading teams to drive product innovation
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Deep understanding of consumer metrics, market segmentation, and analytics
• Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
• Hands-on experience with a range of tools and channels
• Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups

Bonus if you have

• DevOps Experience: Deployment and operation on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, Liquid templating language, and/or the Shape Up process.

The salary range for this US-based role is $212k-$281k + bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
