Principal Product Manager, Growth
The Principal Product Manager, Growth will think of the Hero journey all the way from pre-signup to retaining them on the platform and how the different growth loops power the business. This position reports to the Head of Growth.
We are looking for a creative, data-driven growth practitioner that can think outside the box, execute fast, and grow our business globally. Your responsibilities will focus on conversion (both from traffic to trial and trial to paid), onboarding, and retention. The ideal candidate has experience owning aggressive growth targets, synthesizing data (both qualitative and quantitative) into insights, optimizing engagement channels, and experimenting across the funnel to achieve the highest impact on their growth goals. You will develop, deploy and scale global products and programs with dedicated resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Customer Success, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics).
The Impact you will make
- Identify and build products and programs that improve conversion (both on traffic and trialers), and customer retention
- Oversee website testing and programs to drive conversion, in-app onboarding experiences to drive activation, and help customer reach the Aha! moment to drive retention
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive measurable results
- Scope and implement best practice analytics for web and mobile products, gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
- Manage team of product managers.
Attributes for Success
- 7+ years of relevant experience driving product led growth
- Successful track record of defining, building, and launching growth products
- Ability to use data and customer feedback to prioritize resources and quantify impacts
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present a document to both technical and non-technical leadership
- Ambitious self-starter who can identify, prioritize, and complete work with little to no direction from leadership

The salary range for this US-based role is $172,446-$229,928 + bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
