Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-sales and migration processes internally. You will be responsible for operational execution, developing customer strategy documentation for both internal teams and our prospects and/or customers, creating scalable discovery processes, and launching a program that enables scoping and migration/implementation execution cross-functionally. The role will report to our VP of Revenue and Channel Partnerships.

The Impact you will make

  • Manage implementation activities, including scoping, time commitment, budget and risk management
  • Develop customer strategies using Kajabi’s world class product and knowledge of the creator ecosystem
  • Own the migration and scoping process for new clients by developing the project’s financial scope, timelines, deliverables, and action steps
  • Implement and manage a robust onboarding process for new clients, including custom dashboards, document-sharing methods, and progress tracking
  • Innovate and implement strategies to strengthen client retention and continuously improve Kajabi’s migration processes for high-level clients
  • Create external discovery forms to gather migration and implementation scoping information from prospects and customers to guide project work
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to the project management processes
  • Provide support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up-to-date
  • Provide timely feedback to the project team and clients
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the implementation process
  • Grow relationships and build credibility with clients
  • Respond to client issues and ensure resolution of issues
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Train and onboard new team members as required
  • Present feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects.
  • Ensure that all project and implementation-related documents are up to date
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including sales, finance, and product, to ensure alignment and success of projects
  • Act as a liaison between teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment by delivering relevant and timely feedback to product teams to help them update the product based on real-life experiences that arise from customer implementations
  • Work with customers to match them to an agency or Kajabi Expert that can help them accomplish their goals
  • Deliver projects in a timely manner

One-On-One Process

The Solutions Consultant will meet weekly with the VP Revenue to catch up and discuss their role. The goal of these meetings is to identify areas where the company and individuals can improve, what areas they’re needing more guidance on, and where the Kajabi leadership team can lend time or resources to help meet goals. It’s also a time to discuss specific expectations and discuss any areas of concern you may have about your job or your team.

Educational Allowances

Educational opportunities will be offered for the Solutions Consultant at the discretion of the VP Revenue and could include participating in a mentorship program, training to further specific career goals, books or digital content to supplement education and attendance at conferences areas of interest and impact for Kajabi’s overall goals and your desired career goals.

Pay Range
$112,000$144,000 + equity + bonus
