What you will do:

We are looking for a Commercial Systems Engineer to join out team! You will be at the core of our internal commercial systems, contributing to the success of our Commercial and Financial teams. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our CRM and integrated commercial systems to better support our business processes.

Where you will have impact:

  • Maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce Org to ensure that business needs are fulfilled
  • Primary support contact for users who may need assistance with functionality and/or data within the solution
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): roles & profiles, automation (flow & process builder), fields, custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Maintain and adapt Salesforce integrations with other commercial systems
  • Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement a solution that fulfills these
  • Challenge our current processes and provide actionable feedback that will improve our Salesforce org and how it’s used by end users

About our team:

The Commercial Systems team is a component of the Data, Insights & Systems vertical, which is part of the Growth Operations department. Our team is dedicated to improving our internal applications that are used by our business users. We’re mainly focusing on our CRM, Salesforce and any related/integrated applications.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform & concepts, including objects, fields, workflows, business processes, etc.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing page layouts, permissions, templates, approvals, automation, reports and dashboards
  • Prior experience with scrum and agile development
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, any other language used within our company network is a plus
  • We welcome experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex is a plus
