What you will do

You'll own field marketing across one of Lighthouse's most diverse and high-potential regions. Events are our top revenue-driving channel in APAC — and you're the one making them count, from strategy through to execution. You carry the marketing plan for the region, you make the calls, and you're accountable to pipeline outcomes.

You'll be the go-to marketing reference for APAC — working directly with regional sales leadership, making decisions independently, and communicating with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a role with real weight and real visibility.APAC is not one market — it's many. Cultural understanding, strong local relationships, and the ability to adapt market by market are as important as your marketing toolkit.

At Lighthouse, AI is central to how we work — across the company, we're building and deploying AI tools that make our teams faster and smarter. In this role, that means leveraging AI across every part of your work — from event planning and content creation to pipeline reporting and ROI analysis — to move faster, work smarter, and demonstrate the real commercial contribution of marketing to the business.

Where you will have impact

  • Own the event calendar. Partner with the regional sales team and your APAC field marketing colleague to plan and execute 100+ events across the region — from industry trade shows and partner activations to hosted experiences and pre-event engagements. Events are our top revenue-driving channel in APAC. Make them count.
  • Shape how Lighthouse shows up in APAC. Lead the strategic planning of the APAC event programme — which events to own, which to skip, and how to show up at each one in a way that builds brand and drives pipeline. Think big, decide with evidence, and raise the bar continuously.
  • Open new doors. Identify and develop partnerships with key industry players that extend Lighthouse's reach and open new audiences. Nurture the relationships we already have and invest in the ones with the most potential. The right partners amplify everything.
  • Bridge regional and global. Be the connective tissue between the APAC sales team and the global marketing organisation. Ensure local needs shape global plans — and that global initiatives land effectively in the markets that matter most. You'll travel regularly across the region to build relationships, support events, and represent Lighthouse on the ground. You'll also help develop the next generation of field marketers in the region.
  • Make the numbers speak. Track, measure, and report on every field marketing activity — and own the budget that funds it. Use data to tell a clear story of what's working and where to invest next. Manage spend end-to-end, track against targets, and make sure every dollar is contributing to pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage AI tools to work smarter across planning, content creation, and reporting. At Lighthouse, AI isn't optional — it's how we work.

About our team

You'll join a global Field Marketing team of regional marketers deeply embedded in their markets and passionate about turning local insight into commercial impact. In APAC, you'll work alongside a fellow field marketer and the full regional commercial team — from sales managers to the Head of Sales APAC — while staying closely connected to the global marketing function. It's a high-initiative, creative environment where local ideas shape global strategy — and what works in APAC doesn't stay in APAC.

Who you are

  • 6+ years in field marketing or event management. You've owned events end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, measurement — and have a clear track record of turning them into pipeline. This is non-negotiable.
  • You operate autonomously. Your manager isn't in the room — and you don't need them to be. You make decisions, push back when something isn't right, and communicate directly with senior leadership without hesitation.
  • You're organised, accountable, and comfortable under pressure. Managing a 100+ event calendar across multiple markets without losing sight of the detail — or the budget, or the ROI — is exactly your kind of challenge.
  • A background in hospitality tech, travel tech, or SaaS is a strong plus. You have — or are actively buildi Next ng — a professional network across the APAC hospitality or travel technology space.
  • You know APAC. Not as a concept — as a collection of distinct markets, each with its own culture, relationships, and rules. You know how to adapt without losing the thread.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, or tools like them are part of how you work — not something you'd need to learn on the job. CRM and marketing automation are non-negotiable.
  • You treat AI as a genuine productivity lever, not a novelty. You're curious, you test new tools, and you find ways to make them work for your specific challenges.
