**This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in our Cambridge, MA office. Please consider your commute before applying.**

What would I do at Litmus?

  • Be the engine to our train, initiating the sales process through emails, phone calls, and social media
  • Meet with both inbound and outbound prospects, leveraging your people-skills. Once qualified, schedule meetings for the Sales team
  • You will have the opportunity to conduct initial qualification calls with prospects
  • Aspire for more: As our future Account Executive, Account Manager, or Marketing expert, you’ll learn and master the fundamentals that will prepare you to grow our businessalways prioritizing our customers’ needs
  • Create a bi-monthly business plan that supports your individual goals
  • Collaborate with our innovative teams to continuously improve upon our practices

What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

  • Ability to commute into our Cambridge, MA office twice per week.
  • Experience working in a people-facing role (e.g. sales, customer support, hospitality); bonus if you have appointment-setting experience.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the sales field.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate platform offerings and engage with clients.
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
