What would I do at Litmus?

As an Account Manager, you will build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor, oversee their adoption of the Litmus platform, and to promote best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on their investment. Through these relationships and direct work with our customers you will be responsible for renewing customers and upselling to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

On any given day you might:

  • Work to strengthen relationships with key decision makers by connecting their business needs and goals with Litmus core product and services.
  • Host check-in meetings with customers to demonstrate new products and features, gauging opportunities for new revenue streams.
  • Use your subject matter expertise of the Litmus suite of products (and the broader email marketing ecosystem) to develop proposals and solutions that customers can’t live without.
  • Maintain data integrity by accurately logging/updating daily activity, forecast, and opportunity information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate within the Account Executive team to leverage our installed base, finding additional upsell opportunities across our enterprise customers.

What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

  • Current experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS company with demonstrated success in meeting upsell and renewal metrics
  • Prior experience selling into agencies and/or marketing departments of major brands, retailers, and technology companies is highly preferred
  • Impeccable customer skills with a strong sense of empathy and integrity
  • Organized, process-oriented, and analytical; you're able to identify and mitigate sales and product obstacles creatively and quickly
  • Innate ability to collaborate with, and influence, people who do not work for you
  • You’re an entrepreneur, excited by the prospect of building a patch of business and hitting quarterly and annual targets
  • Biased towards action; you're self-motivated and work well autonomously within a team setting
  • Hands-on CRM system experience facilitating pipeline and forecasting
  • Nice to have:
    • Working knowledge of the email creative process and/or where Litmus fits into the marketing technology stack is a plus
