Senior Account Executive - North Americas
Netcraft
The Company:
Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world, twelve of the fifty largest banks, and five country governments. We’ve blocked more than 170 million malicious sites and perform takedowns on around one-third of the world’s phishing sites. Our purpose, passion, and expertise are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime. Simple, and a great platform to sell from.
We carry that passion through into our workplace too. Our people are highly talented and everyone is valued for their individual contribution, so we make sure Netcraft is a great place to work. From great benefits to health and wellness and social events, we’ve got you covered.
The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to help expand our footprint across the Americas. You'll work directly with the Americas Sales Leader and collaborate closely with our North American team in Lehi, Utah, as well as global colleagues across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, engaging prospects with compelling insights about the external cyber threats they face, and helping them understand how Netcraft can proactively protect their brand, customers, and infrastructure.
This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close
- Drive new business pipeline through daily outbound activity (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Partner with SDRs and marketing to engage key accounts and follow up on inbound leads
- Consult with CISOs, fraud, and brand protection leaders on their current risks and challenges
- Develop and present persuasive proposals, supported by our technical Solution Engineering team as needed
- Keep Salesforce updated with activity, detailed notes, and opportunity progression
- Collaborate with internal teams to help refine sales messaging and improve the buyer journey
- Provide insights and ideas to help shorten sales cycles and enhance Netcraft’s go-to-market strategy
- Operate with professionalism, integrity, and accountability in every interaction
What you’ll need to be successful:
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
- Are confident engaging with C-level buyers, navigating complex buying processes
- Take initiative, structure your time well, and are motivated to find and win business
- Are consultative, curious, and focused on solving customer problems
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- Are comfortable working with technical colleagues and solution engineers
- Know your way around Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and maintain excellent data hygiene
- Are eager to learn and grow within a fast-evolving threat landscape
The Reward Package:
- Highly attractive base salary and bonus scheme, based on successful performance against targets, reviewed annually
- 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, with employer-matched contributions up to 4%
- Generous private health cover, including dental, optical and life assurance
- Equity tracking scheme, so you can share in the rewards of Netcraft's long-term success (eligibility criteria apply)
- 33 days vacation per annum (incl. public holidays), plus separate paid leave for sickness, etc.
- Flexible and hybrid working options
- Enhanced family leave entitlements, incl. 52 weeks maternity/adoption leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave
- Two days paid Volunteering Leave per year
- Inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll feel genuinely valued and supported
