The Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager based in the US, and working alongside colleagues in a global People Team, you will play a lead role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent in the UK. You’ll develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, and make valuable contributions to our growth and revenue targets.
This role can be based in either our London, Bath, or Manchester offices on a hybrid basis,
combining two in-office days per week with home working to support a healthy work-life balance.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified new talent and utilise data and market insights to advise on hiring trends and workforce planning
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (from intern to Director level), working with hiring managers from defining scope through to offer
- Conducting first stage interviews and screening assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals and advising managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Promoting Netcraft’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships
- Ensuring timely and professional communication internally and externally
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, offer letters, and contract generation
- Liaising with internal teams (IT, HR Facilities) and managing the creation of great induction plans for new starters to ensure an engaging onboarding experience
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate progress and onboarding status
- Playing a lead role in the transition to a new ATS system
- Championing and embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles throughout the recruitment process
- Contributing to a broad range of initiatives and projects within the wider People Team

What you’ll need to be successful
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment - ideally in high-growth and/or Tech or SaaS environments
- Experience of having managed student hiring campaigns, including campus events and large volume applications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes candidates and associated admin
- Highly organised and methodical approach, with the ability to plan and prioritise efficiently
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and operate calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, solution-focused and proactive mindset - comfortable working across multiple time zones with remote teams, and self-organising work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with discretion and professionalism
