The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to help support our rapid growth and ongoing hiring efforts across the organization, with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and other key business roles.
In this temporary role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, fast-moving recruiting experience that supports Netcraft’s continued expansion.
This is an excellent fit for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and enjoys both strategic partnership and hands-on execution.
This position follows a hybrid working model, spending three days per week onsite in our Lehi, UT office, with the remaining days remote.
This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships) and other critical openings across the business.
- Quickly build strong pipelines using a combination of sourcing, outreach, referrals, and network tapping.
- Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that assess skills, motivation, and role alignment while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide ongoing updates, insights, and recommendations to hiring leaders throughout the process.
- Maintain clean candidate data, notes, and activity logs in our ATS .
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience to every candidate representing Netcraft’s values and brand
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Strong experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, AM, etc.).
- Ability to source and engage passive candidates using modern tools and outreach strategies.
- Excellent interview, communication, and assessment skills.
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple searches at once while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Experience with ATS systems
