Overview

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our global sales teams (including AEs, AMs, and BDRs) with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes they need to succeed across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programs that improve seller productivity, accelerate ramp times, increase pipeline generation, and improve win rates.

This is a strategic and execution-oriented role that requires a consultative approach with groups from across the business. You will serve as a key liaison between the field and corporate functions (product, marketing, ops, etc.).

The ideal candidate brings proven quota-carrying experience (with a preference for full-cycle sales), expertise in modern GTM tooling, and AI curiosity.

Starting base pay for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities

  • Designs, launches, and manages scalable enablement programs designed to improve the readiness and effectiveness of our GTM team.
  • Collaborates with leaders, reps, and RevOps to optimize our GTM tech stack across the entire customer journey.
  • Works cross-functionally to create, maintain, & optimize sales enablement content (including, but not limited to, sales playbooks, competitive analysis, & standard operating procedures).
  • Collaborates with Product and Product Marketing to translate product launches & updates into field-ready messaging.
  • Drives pipeline generation efforts through creation, management, and execution of dedicated sales plays.
  • Delivers enablement through multiple formats, including live, async, role-plays, certifications, and coaching.
  • Leverages metrics and feedback to continuously improve and iterate on programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM. Ideally, some of those 3 years as a quota carrying rep in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys.
  • Experience with a variety of sales motions and frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Proven track record of improving GTM motions through a variety of means.
  • Extensive experience in pipeline generation & GTM tooling.
  • Strong project management skills with a bias towards action.
  • Clear communicator up and down the org chart.
