The Opportunity
As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on Infrastructure, you'll be a strategic driver of Otter’s scalability, reliability, and performance. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, security, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex, long-term programs that enhance our backend systems, cloud architecture, and internal tools.

In this role, you will:
- Drive execution of strategic infrastructure initiatives across engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives at an organizational level.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead planning, tracking, and delivery of highly cross-functional technical programs in areas like cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, observability, data platforms, and CI/CD systems.
- Identify and mitigate complex risks across projects, proactively resolving blockers and anticipating potential issues.
- Build strong relationships across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Bring operational excellence to infrastructure programs by improving process, documentation, and project visibility, and establish best practices for the TPM organization.
Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure or platform programs.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), and DevOps best practices.
- Proven track record of leading highly complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from inception through delivery.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, startup environment and leading through influence.
- Bonus: Previous experience with AI/ML infrastructure, reliability engineering, or scaling SaaS products..

Salary range
Salary Range: $165,000 to $195,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
