As a Data Growth Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for growth and product data, enabling reliable insights that power decision-making across Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams. You'll maintain our Tableau reporting infrastructure while working closely with data engineering and development teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate event tracking.

What you will accomplish:
Analytics Infrastructure & Instrumentation
- Build and optimize Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineering team to maintain data pipelines using Databricks and dbt Core
- Establish and document standardized KPIs, ensuring consistency across tools and teams
- Build out semantic layer in dbt Core to enable self-service analytics
Growth Data Infrastructure & Enablement
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and standardized reporting templates that enable stakeholders to analyze user behavior, engagement, and campaign performance across the customer lifecycle
- Create forecasting frameworks and automated reporting tools for key growth metrics (signups, trials, conversions, CAC:LTV) that enable growth teams to track performance against targets
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models (churn prediction, retention cohort analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, propensity scoring) and build self-service analytics tools that empower growth teams to leverage these insights and identify high-impact opportunities

- Growth-focused analyst who understands user lifecycle metrics, retention cohorts, and conversion funnels
- Tableau expert who creates scalable, intuitive dashboards that enable self-service analytics
- dbt Core advocate who builds trustworthy semantic layers and KPI definitions for reliable self-service analytics
- Collaborative systems thinker who works effectively with developers and data engineers to build scalable, well-documented analytics infrastructure
What you bring:
Required
- 4+ years in product or growth analytics, preferably in SaaS/subscription environments
- Expert Tableau proficiency - dashboard creation, optimization, and governance
- Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with dbt Core, Git workflows
- Experience with modern data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams on data pipelines and event tracking implementation
- Solid understanding of experimentation design and statistical analysis
Valuable
- Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Knowledge of attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch) and CDPs (Segment)
- Familiarity with additional BI tools beyond Tableau (Lightdash, Looker, Power BI)
- Python skills for analysis and automation
