- Maintain and update content calendars for OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator.
- Keep our brands fresh and relevant by spotting cultural moments and trends, filtering them through a family-focused lens, and turning insights into creative opportunities—even when we don’t follow a trend directly.

- Handle outreach, contracting, creative briefs, approvals, and campaign launches.
- Track performance and optimize partnerships based on ROI.

Measure, report, and improve
- Pull weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and growth.
- Share insights with leadership to guide future campaigns.
- Test new content formats and iterate quickly based on results.
Who you are:
- Hands-on executor. You enjoy being in the weeds — drafting, posting, editing, and engaging daily.
- Doer with follow-through. You bias toward action and thrive when turning plans into results.
- Scrappy creator. You can design in Canva, edit a reel, or mockup a graphic without needing a big creative team.
- Practical partner. You focus on delivering campaigns and content that actually work in-market.
- Influencer fluent. You’re comfortable managing creator relationships from outreach to reporting.
- Data-driven. You track results closely and adapt quickly.
- Adaptable. You can juggle multiple brand voices and pivot based on shifting priorities.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer/affiliate marketing, preferably with consumer-facing or mobile app brands.
- Proven track record of execution — you’ve personally written posts, edited short-form video, sourced UGC, managed influencer campaigns, and reported results.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with examples of content you’ve created that drove engagement and conversation.
- Comfort with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.) and ability to produce social-ready visuals and videos without heavy design support.
- AI-first mentality—You’re open to leveraging AI and exploring how these kinds of tools can support content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Google Analytics) and ability to pull, interpret, and act on data.
- Experience managing influencer/affiliate partnerships end-to-end — outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and ROI reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple campaigns and brand voices simultaneously.
- Understanding families as an audience. Ideally, you have worked in a similar space and have experience with content that resonates with parents, caregivers, and others who support children and families.
