As our Director of Growth Marketing, you will build a high-performance paid marketing discipline across In Tandem’s portfolio of family subscription brands. You’ll own paid acquisition, lead strategic decision-making across paid channels, and establish scalable programs that drive sustained subscriber growth at different target CAC thresholds. The role requires you to find a strategic balance across all brands in the portfolio as you understand the value that can be driven from growth marketing channels.
At In Tandem, growth is a team sport, so you’ll work alongside partners in Data, Product, Finance, and Creative to bring your program to life.

- Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Product teams to design, validate, and evolve measurement frameworks so that they make the most sense for our brands and the journeys our customers take to subscription. This includes exploring and leading implementation around multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling to drive confidence in future investment.
- Define and drive key growth marketing objectives, including new subscriber acquisition, CAC, and LTV:CAC ratios
- Build infrastructure to enable defensible attribution, forecasting, and experimentation across channels to unlock new pockets of growth. This includes partnering with Growth Product teammates to consider the full funnel in our broader growth practice
- Take a proactive approach to growth by translating performance insights into future strategies that drive incrementality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and creative to our distinct brand promises, becoming part of a feedback loop to iterate on our brands
Who you are:
- You’re a hands-on growth marketer with deep performance marketing experience and a strong analytical mindset. You understand what it takes to build an acquisition engine from the ground up and enjoy both strategy and execution.
- You’re motivated by work that matters. You’re energized by helping bring products to families that support them through real, often emotionally complex moments.
- You thrive in highly collaborative environments and believe the best growth outcomes come from tight partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple brands, audiences, and growth stages, and can balance near-term performance with long-term value creation.
- You bring a builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist, testing into new opportunities, and continuously improving how growth work gets done.
- You’re a thoughtful, low-ego leader and mentor who raises the bar for rigor, curiosity, and accountability.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of performance marketing or growth experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful business outcomes within subscription-based business models and the mobile app space.
- Experience building performance measurement frameworks and working with data/BI teams
- Comfort and confidence working hands-on in consumer-centric ad platforms while also managing strategy and team design. Channel mix should go beyond Meta and Google into programmatic, audio, CTV, and more
- Analytical proficiency turning large data sets into actionable insights that turn into strategy and action
