Quavo, an inventive, trailblazing fintech company, is recruiting for an Account Manager. In this role, you will own high-level client interactions and relationships, leading cross-functional reviews, account strategy sessions, and business reviews, advising on product adoption and best practices, and reporting on client references, P&L, and sentiment. You’ll work with leadership to prioritize enhancements and configurations. This is a remote, full-time position with travel to client sites across the U.S. (25–30%). Must haves include 5+ years of relevant fraud/disputes operations within financial institutions or enterprise software customer success/sales, enterprise relationship building, operational insight, goal development/execution, and excellent communication.
