About the role: Own high-level client interactions/relationships as part of the revenue team, aligning with clients’ strategic objectives and driving growth. Lead cross-functional reviews, account strategy sessions, business reviews; advise on adoption and best practices; manage references, P&L, sentiment; prioritize enhancements/config changes. Remote, full-time; travel 25–30% to client sites. Responsibilities include: serve as point of contact; triage defects/config/enhancements; partner with support developer for advanced triage/remediation/code changes; demonstrate deep platform knowledge; leverage expertise in claims/fraud/disputes; track/manage support/monitoring/remediation/config work; lead weekly stand-ups; provide client scorecards; resolve/escalate issues within SLAs; develop clients into referrals. Required: 5+ years client-facing or fraud/disputes operations experience, enterprise relationship building, fraud/disputes/compliance background in financial/fintech/processing, ability to develop deep client insights and coach, goal development/achievement, excellent communication/presentation, professionalism/maturity, high school diploma.
