Are you a passionate, ambitious recruiter with a knack for reading between the lines and discerning culture fit? Quavo, an inventive, trailblazing fintech company, is seeking a new Recruiter. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, managing hiring across multiple states and time zones while building strong, authentic relationships and championing an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll use automation tools and smart processes to boost efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and improve hiring quality. This is a full-time, permanent position, and it is fully remote. Must haves include 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting (2+ in Fintech/SaaS), hands-on technical recruiting, experience filling roles up to directors/VPs, high-growth environment experience, strong relationship-building and communication, comfort with AI/digital tools, and assessing culture fit. Nice-to-have: Rippling or similar HRIS/ATS experience.
