DescriptionAre you a proactive, collaborative, and strategic account manager with a passion for building strong business relationships and delivering excellent experiences? Are you ready to use your fraud and disputes and regulatory compliance knowledge to service a book of clients and grow company revenue? Quavo, an inventive, trailblazing fintech company, is recruiting for an Account Manager.In this role, you will own high-level client interactions and relationships. Serving as a member of the revenue team, you’ll stay aligned with clients’ strategic objectives and drive their overall growth. You will lead various meetings such as cross-functional reviews, account strategy sessions, business reviews, and advise clients on product adoption and best practices. You’ll manage and report on client references requests, P&L, sentiment, and work with leadership to prioritize enhancement and configuration changes for your customers.This is a remote, full-time position offering a generous base salary, bonus, and commission opportunities. Travel will be required in this role to client sites across the U.S. (25-30%).RequirementsMust Haves- 5+ years of relevant account management experience in banking, financial services, compliance, or fintech- History building successful customer and/or stakeholder relationships at an enterprise level- Ability to develop deep insights about clients’ operations and provide deliberate coaching- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and achieving goals; ability to impart success to clients and create executable plans to drive areas of improvement internally- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to exude excitement, stability, and maturity when representing Quavo- High school diplomaNice-to-Haves- Fraud and disputes knowledge- Bachelor’s degreeBenefitsThis position offers…- Competitive pay ($90k minimum base + generous commission structure and bonus opportunities)- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, HSA, FSA, employee assistance programs, 401(k) with match, and unlimited PTO- Opportunity to directly contribute to Quavo’s ongoing expansion and growth by managing key client relationships and building trusted partnerships with new logos
