About the role: Reports to VP of Sales; responsible for strategic US market penetration, increasing market share, and sales success across key issuing financial services accounts. Responsibilities include: consultative sales to fit client technical/business needs; embody Quavo Proven Process within a matrixed org; manage strategic motions alongside transactional, high-volume opportunities; maintain Salesforce for accurate lead gen/marketing; stay informed on industry trends/technologies; contribute to strategic decisions; consistently meet/exceed quotas. Required: 5+ years commercializing SaaS with issuing FIs, success managing mixed pipeline, negotiating/closing, collaborative results, client success focus, self-driven in fast-paced environment, startup experience, travel ~25%. Nice-to-have: banking business/technical understanding, fraud/dispute management expertise, Salesforce/Zoominfo/Confluence/SharePoint/Sales Navigator, bilingual Spanish/English.
