About the role: Reports to VP, Sales; responsible for strategic US market penetration, increasing market share, and sales success across key issuing financial services accounts. Responsibilities include: consultative sales aligning Quavo solutions to client needs; collaborate across a matrixed org; manage a mixed pipeline leveraging market trends; maintain Salesforce CRM for accurate lead gen; stay informed on industry news/products/competitors; provide input to strategic decisions; meet/exceed quotas through targeted sales activities. Required: 3+ years commercializing SaaS with issuing FIs, success managing mixed pipeline and navigating client orgs, negotiating/closing skills, collaborative results-oriented approach, client success focus, self-driven in fast-paced environment, startup experience, travel up to 25%. Preferred: strong business/technical banking understanding, fraud/dispute domain knowledge, Salesforce/Zoominfo/Confluence/SharePoint/Sales Navigator, bilingual Spanish/English.
