About the role: Join the Data & Analytics team focused on validating fraud and dispute models and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards. Establish a robust model governance framework. Responsibilities include: Model Validation & Risk Assessment (independent validation, assess soundness/data/performance, back-testing/benchmarking/sensitivity, document findings), Governance & Compliance (maintain model inventory, support approvals/reviews/retirement, ensure OCC compliance), Data & Documentation Standards (data quality standards/metrics/KPIs, data lineage and business rules, comprehensive documentation, performance controls), Stakeholder Collaboration (work with Sales/Legal on client standards, partner with quantitative/risk/business teams, communicate to senior management). Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Econ/Stats/Math or related, financial modeling and risk principles, proficiency in Python/R/SAS/SQL, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, strong documentation skills. Preferred: 3+ years validation/risk analytics/quant finance, ML knowledge, strong communication, fraud/disputes experience a plus.
