Responsibilities include: develop and execute test plans exceeding Acceptance Criteria; ensure quality across functionality, reliability, performance, UX; participate in sprint ceremonies; generate creative test ideas; test throughout the lifecycle; adhere to quality/regulatory requirements; monitor/report project status for release readiness; continuously improve software quality and efficiency; contribute to Confluence; collaborate across QA, Infrastructure, Onboarding, Services, Product, Client Experience; investigate customer complaints; ensure ongoing compliance; become SME on Quavo’s products. Required: Bachelor’s in CS/related or equivalent experience, Quality/Testing certification, strong organization, technical aptitude, attention to detail, team collaboration, excellent communication. Preferred: test automation/scripting/development, fintech experience, Confluence/SharePoint/PEGA/JIRA. Pay range: 70,000 – 80,000 USD per year (Remote (United States)).
