Oversee release management (patches, betas, hotfixes), enforce best practices and development policies, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance. Responsibilities include: manage release/patch/beta/hotfix processes; design and develop applications; align solutions with IT strategy; develop/maintain/enforce best practices; participate in IT leadership; mentor developers; act as technical backstop; enforce corporate software development and release procedures. Required: 5+ years full stack development, AWS certification, Node.js, JS frameworks (Vue/Vuetify or similar), AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.), HTML5/CSS3, CI/CD with Bitbucket, strong CS fundamentals. Preferred: Docker/Kubernetes, Agile, financial industry experience, strong leadership/communication. Pay range: 150,000 – 180,000 USD per year (Remote).
