About the role: As a Support Engineering Manager, you’ll ensure products and services meet client needs, maintain communication across Account Management, advise on improvements, and take a hands-on role with the team. Responsibilities include: lead and develop the support engineering team; set goals using EOS; foster ownership and knowledge curation; mentor on product/technical acumen; coordinate resources; oversee client engagements; implement Jira-driven processes; report on performance/metrics; liaise across departments; leverage Snowflake and SQL; monitor client environments and proactively address issues. Required: Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related, 5+ years in software development or support (1+ in management), leadership and stakeholder skills, Jira proficiency, Snowflake and SQL. Pay range: 125,000 – 150,000 USD per year (usa).
