About the role: The Test Automation Specialist will develop and implement the test automation framework and automated tests. Highly technical, hands-on role leading all test automation efforts and integrating automation into processes. Responsibilities include: scale and maintain the automation framework; collaborate with development and delivery to integrate automation; automate low-maintenance test suites across environments; create and maintain UI and API automated suites; analyze/report results and drive continuous improvement; act as SME on test automation; continue automation into the regression suite. Required: 2+ years test automation, Java and Selenium, testing principles, CI/CD integration, cloud testing strategies, strong communication and problem-solving. Preferred: experience in payments, Pega, Wiremock/mocking services, AI. Pay range: 80,000 – 90,000 USD per year (Remote (United States)).
