  • Partner with global leadership teams to align local workforce needs with broader HR and organizational strategies.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Provide hands-on support for complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely, compliant, and people-centric resolutions.
  • Advise on Irish employment law and general HR compliance in the UK and Germany, escalating and collaborating with external counsel as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving local employment regulations and ensure HR processes reflect best practice.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring across EMEA, including role scoping, interviewing, and offer guidance.
  • Lead or assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Drive accountability across the organization by guiding leaders and employees through goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, performance coaching, and corrective action processes.
  • Support organizational design work, including org charts, workforce planning, and structural changes using MS Visio and related tools.
  • Deliver and reinforce programs that link culture, performance, and business outcomes.

Learning & Development / Change & Transformation Support

  • Provide operational and project support for enterprise-wide transformation efforts, including operating model redesign, process optimizations, and organizational capability building.
  • Support the rollout of global Learning & Development initiatives, such as leadership training, competency development, and career pathways.
  • Apply change management fundamentals to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

HR Operations & Data

  • Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring, engagement themes, performance trends) to inform decision-making.
  • Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to support reporting, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation, employee files, and system updates.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Champion an inclusive, high-performance, and collaborative culture across global teams.
  • Partner on DEI initiatives, engagement activities, and communication efforts that strengthen the employee experience.
  • Serve as an advocate for local employees while promoting alignment with global values, practices, and programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a financial technology, SaaS, start-up, or private equity–backed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and working familiarity with HR practices in the UK and Germany.
  • Experience supporting organizations undergoing transformation (operating model changes, integrations, restructurings, or scaling).
  • Demonstrated experience across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive accountability.
  • High level of comfort working with global teams, time zones, and both in-office and remote/hybrid environments.
  • Strong analytical skills; confident generating and interpreting HR data and metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (org charts).
  • A proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in environments that require ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Strong communication skills, professional presence, and the gravitas to partner with senior leaders.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping people practices across a high-growth, global FinTech organization.
  • Close partnership with the CPO and senior leadership on impactful HR and organizational initiatives.
  • Meaningful involvement in cultural transformation, leadership development, and operational excellence programs.
