RapidRatings is expanding its supplier network to better support enterprises and their suppliers with trusted financial health insights and performance improvement tools.
We are seeking a Head of Network Development to lead the strategy and execution of our supplier network growth. This role will be responsible for shaping the supplier offering, coordinating product and go‑to‑market efforts, and ensuring the network delivers meaningful value to participants as it scales.
This is a senior, cross‑functional leadership role working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Network Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and expansion of RapidRatings’ supplier network.
- Define priorities and execution plans to drive supplier participation, engagement, and adoption.
- Establish and track success metrics related to network growth and performance.
- Supplier Offering & Experience
- Own the evolution of RapidRatings’ supplier‑facing offerings and programs.
- Ensure suppliers clearly understand and realize value from participating in the network.
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve the supplier experience.
- Product & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap priorities with network needs.
- Translate market and supplier feedback into product and program enhancements.
- Ensure strong coordination between product development and commercial execution.
- Go‑to‑Market Support
- Work with Sales and Marketing to support supplier‑focused GTM motions.
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and enablement related to supplier participation.
- Help refine approaches to supplier acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Identify and support strategic partnerships that enhance network value.
- Represent the network internally and externally as it grows.

- Strong alignment between product capabilities and commercial execution.
- A scalable, well‑governed supplier network that supports RapidRatings’ broader growth strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, or data‑driven businesses.
- Proven experience in successfully building out and growing a B2B network or similar.
- Experience working across product, go‑to‑market, and strategy functions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure as initiatives scale.
- Experience with supplier, partner, or ecosystem programs is a plus.

*Salary - $200K-$250K base*
