Our corporate offices are located in Dublin, CA. We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.

We have experienced significant growth in the last 4 years and are looking for a Senior Accountant to help us organize and sustain that growth. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will participate in accounting operations and the financial planning & analysis functions. Responsibilities include managing payables & receivables, participating in month end close, supporting the preparation of budgets, updating forecasts and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in a strong sustainable internal control environment.

Responsibilities to include

  • Month-end close accounting responsibilities; prepare general ledger schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries in accordance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
  • Process Payables and Receivables using Bill.com and Netsuite
  • Identify process and systems related opportunities within the general ledger accounting function and lead implementation of changes to drive scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Supports year-end audit, and schedule requests of external auditors.
  • Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
  • Maintains financial and key performance indicator reports.
  • Updates monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Assists with preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and 3-Year forecasts.
  • Ad Hoc projects and analyses.

Your Experience includes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • 3 to 5+ years recent experience in a similar role
  • Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Highly detailed oriented and organized in work
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, business knowledge, collaborative problem solving, judgment, and initiative
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
  • Quick learner with ability to achieve successful results with limited supervision. Attention to detail is critical.

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $125,000.00 and $135,000.00 dollars depending upon experience.
