**This is a work remote from your home office position.

SavvyMoney’s is looking for a Law Clerk. This is a part-time, 25 hour a week Internship position with possibility of 40 hours per week. This individual will work closely with the SavvyMoney Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research
• Drafting agreements and other legal documents
• Drafting, editing and proofreading agreements and legal documentation
• Assisting with implementation of Contract Management System (CMS), performing quality control of agreements CMS database and running CMS reports
• Providing other legal assistance as required

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Fantastic document management expertise
• Organized with strong conceptual and research skills
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to attendance
• Critical thinker who displays accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation

• $25.00 - 30.00 hourly depending upon experience. This is a non-exempt position
