SavvyMoney is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead the success of our top-tier financial institution partners and manage a team of Partner Managers. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven account management, partner success, and team leadership track record. You will directly manage a portfolio of key partners while training, coaching, and supporting your team to drive partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Success Management

  • Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of top-tier financial institution partners.
  • Facilitate, plan, and lead partner reviews with key stakeholders to assess program health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and develop strategic recommendations to achieve their objectives.
  • Provide insights and distribute operational metrics to measure program success, including adoption, engagement, and loan growth.

Growth and Optimization

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities through product expansion, program optimization, and up-sell initiatives.
  • Proactively position new solutions and strategies to enhance partner success and deepen relationships.

Team Leadership

  • Train, coach, and manage a team of Partner Managers to exceed partner satisfaction, retention, and optimization goals.
  • Support team members in partner launches, escalations, and ongoing management.
  • Work with the Director of Partner Management to distribute performance metrics, track team progress, and implement improvement plans as needed.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee partner case management, including escalations and resolution strategies, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, discipline, and guidelines for the Partner Management team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance the partner experience.

Industry Representation:

  • Represent SavvyMoney at conferences, forums, and industry events to strengthen relationships and promote the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with your portfolio of partners. Be their voice and champion in our organization.
  • Work alongside SavvyMoney’s creative team to develop marketing briefs, campaigns, and collaterals for partners’ internal and external use.
  • Develop partner communication strategies that promote SavvyMoney relevance and ROI.
  • Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient processes and an enhanced partner experience.
  • Measure, report, and communicate on the success of marketing metrics, KPIs, and partner engagement.

To be successful in this Role

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or customer success, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage key partner relationships and lead a team.
  • Strong technical and financial services acumen.
  • Experience with program performance metrics, reporting, and driving growth strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight while leading and mentoring a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $100,000.00 and $115,000.00 depending upon experience.
