Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales team by streamlining operations, maintaining pricing accuracy, and improving sales workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys documenting and building scalable processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for pricing reviews and audits, Salesforce data management, and sales process optimization to improve efficiency and enable growth.
Responsibilities -
Sales Process Development & Support
- Develop, document, and refine sales processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Assist the sales team by managing pricing entry, review, and auditing in Salesforce CPQ.
- Support lead and opportunity management workflows, ensuring proper tracking and handoffs.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
- Identify and implement tools, workflows, and automation to streamline sales operations.
Salesforce & CRM Data Management
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage pricing configurations, product catalog updates, discount structures, and approval workflows in Salesforce CPQ.
- Ensure that contract terms and pricing are accurate, compliant, and properly tracked.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics to track sales performance.
- Analyze large volumes of transactional data using Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) and Salesforce data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing and contract workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support sales initiatives and campaign tracking.
Experience -
Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and CPQ with a strong understanding of pricing workflows and data management.
- Strong Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to meet business-critical deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-starter and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels of the company.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

Base Salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $110,0000 and $115,000 depending upon experience.
