We are adding to our team and looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist.
At SavvyMoney, the Partner Marketing Specialist plays a key role in scaling engagement with both partners and strategic partners across our financial institution network. This role is essential in building and refining processes that improve efficiency and establish best practices to support scalable growth.
The Partner Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager and collaborate with the partner marketing and design teams to optimize engagement touchpoints and ensure consistent and impactful interactions across our partner ecosystem.
We’re looking for a collaborative, strategic thinker who understands the fintech and financial services industry, communicates effectively across teams, and can quickly demonstrate value and impact within the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer and partner strategy experience, administrative skills, and strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud. Experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools is also essential. Success in this role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Partner Marketing & Design teams to develop collateral and assets that support our financial institution and strategic partners
- Create and support marketing presentations and webinar materials for partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
- Support the full lifecycle of partner webinars, including content development, slide creation, speaker coordination, logistics, live execution, and post-webinar follow-up (distribution of recordings, decks, and key takeaways).
- Contribute to content creation and data analysis to support partner optimization and success
- Manage, monitor, and fulfill incoming marketing content support requests from the Partner Marketing team and partner institutions to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Measure, report, and communicate the performance of key partner engagement metrics and KPIs
- Leverage partner insights and data to drive impactful messaging and marketing strategies
- Maintain and update internal documentation, training materials, and Confluence pages for the Partner Marketing team
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A background in financial services is a strong plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
- Proficiency with design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and apply it to strategy and decision-making
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and adapting to different working styles and personalities
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences
- Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to navigate cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and influence stakeholders through both written and verbal communication
Base salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00, depending upon experience and geography.
