Director of Strategic Partnerships & GTM (LOS & Fintech)

**This can be a hybrid work situation from your home and our corporate offices in Dublin, CA, or a 100% work remote from your home office in the USA position.

We’re now expanding our ecosystem and seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & GTM to lead our efforts with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and other key fintech enablers. This role will drive strategic growth through high-impact partnerships that complement and amplify SavvyMoney’s offer engine and consumer engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with LOS providers and other fintech partners to drive mutual value, innovation, and adoption.
  • Build and execute GTM strategies for new and existing partnerships—supporting joint launches, co-selling, and ongoing growth
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Legal) to bring partnerships from ideation to market.
  • Enable partner sales teams with compelling collateral, training, and ongoing support to scale awareness and adoption.
  • Manage pipeline and performance, including deal execution, revenue influence, and operational metrics tied to adoption and engagement.
  • Identify new integration and distribution opportunities to improve user experience, accelerate deployment, and create revenue leverage.
  • Represent SavvyMoney externally at industry events, webinars, and partner forums as a subject matter expert and relationship leader.
  • Support product-market fit by gathering feedback and surfacing partner-driven insights for roadmap prioritization.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven success managing GTM efforts with Loan Origination Systems or similar platforms.
    Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, financial institution buyer needs, and technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a comfort level in both boardroom and tactical settings.
  • Highly organized with a bias for action—you’re energized by a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $155,000.00 and $170,000.00, depending upon experience, plus quarterly commission potential.
